Full-Mouth Rehabilitation
A complex case is one problem, solved in order.
Worn teeth, failing old work, an unsettled bite, missing teeth. Rarely separate problems. Almost always one, rebuilt in the order that makes each step last, by one doctor across every discipline it takes.
Why one page, not many
Aesthetics are the last step, not the first.
A smile makeover puts the ceramic first. A rehabilitation earns the right to it. Health, then function, then design, and only then the veneers and crowns that most people came for.
That order is not a preference. It is why the result holds: enamel dressed over an untreated bite fails; a beautiful crown on a moving tooth loosens. Function is the foundation the beauty sits on.
A mouth is rebuilt once, or repaired forever.

The order of care
Only the steps your case needs.
A rehabilitation can pass through as many as seven stages. Most patients need far fewer than they fear. The diagnosis decides which, and each stage exists to earn the next. Health and function first; the veneers and crowns are the last step, never the first.
- 01
Diagnosis
Your bite, your joints, your face in motion, measured before anything is imagined. You leave knowing what is actually happening in your mouth, often for the first time.
Needed: AlwaysBehind it: five peer-reviewed papers on how the bite works. - 02
Foundation
Health before beauty. Whatever the mouth needs to be sound first: hygiene, fillings, root-canal treatment, and the removal of teeth that cannot be saved.
Needed: Only if the mouth isn't healthy yet - 03
Function
The bite corrected and teeth repositioned with clear aligners (Invisalign), so function and symmetry are right before anything permanent is built.
Needed: Only if the bite or position is offBehind it: a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics & TMJ therapy. - 04
Design
A diagnostic preview of the final outcome. The pivot of the plan: it directs any implants and every restoration that follows.
Needed: Before any rebuilding - 05
Rebuild
Where teeth are missing, implant treatment with bone regeneration where the bone needs it, placed to the design rather than the other way round.
Needed: Only if teeth are missingBehind it: a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology. - 06
Finish
Handmade ceramic veneers, crowns and bridges, built to the design and the corrected bite. The result you cannot tell is dentistry.
Needed: The definitive restoration - 07
Longevity
Checked against your bite and followed over the years, by the doctor who built it. Made to be kept, not redone.
Needed: Always, after

Who carries it
One doctor, the whole case.
A comprehensive case can involve orthodontics, implants, crowns, root canal treatment and ceramics, usually split across several practitioners, each seeing only their part. Here, one clinician diagnoses, plans and carries the whole case, and answers for the result.
“He took really care about my difficult teeth situation with professionalism, competences, patience and right solutions. Complex job but perfectly managed. Thanks Doc. Fabbro for giving me back a wonderful smile.”Sandro Rasi
One case
Several disciplines, a single plan.
One patient came with severe muscular fatigue and headaches, the result of postural and occlusal problems, and a smile that had begun to limit her confidence. Across one coordinated plan, her bite was corrected with clear aligners, then rebuilt with hand-layered ceramic veneers, crowns, root canal treatment and inlays, function first, appearance following. The fatigue eased as the bite stabilised. The smile followed.
Individual results vary from one person to another.

Practical
From abroad, or over time.
For patients outside the UAE, the first appointment can be a private video assessment, so the plan and its scope are clear before you travel. The in-person work is sequenced in phases, arranged around your trips.
Where a case includes functionally necessary work, we prepare the documentation and itemised invoices your insurer requires, so you can pursue reimbursement directly. Purely aesthetic treatment is not insurable in the UAE.
Questions
Questions about full mouth rehabilitation in Dubai.
Do I really need all of these steps?
Almost never. Most cases need only three or four of the stages, and a careful diagnosis removes steps as often as it adds them. You are shown the whole map first, then the short route through it that your case actually requires.
Will I definitely need implants?
Only if teeth are missing or cannot be saved. Where your own teeth are sound, they are kept and restored. Implants replace what is gone, never what still works.
Why move the teeth with clear aligners before the veneers are made?
Because position and bite decide how long the finished work lasts. Correcting them first means less of the natural tooth has to be reduced, and the ceramics are built onto a foundation that no longer moves. It is the step that protects everything placed after it.
I have had dental work fail before. Why would this be different?
Most work fails because it treated the surface and not the bite underneath it. Here the diagnosis begins with how your mouth meets and carries load, so the cause is corrected before anything is rebuilt on top of it. That is the difference between a repair and a rehabilitation.
How long does a full rehabilitation take?
It depends on what has to be corrected. A comprehensive case usually unfolds over several months, in planned phases, never rushed, because the sequence is what makes it last.
Is it done in phases?
Yes. Function is corrected before appearance is built, and each phase is completed before the next begins. You always know where you are in the plan.
I live abroad. Can you work around my travel?
Yes. The first assessment can be a private video consultation, and the in-person phases are arranged around your trips, with records that travel with you.
Is any of it covered by insurance?
The functionally necessary parts of a case may be eligible for reimbursement; the purely aesthetic parts are not. We prepare the documentation your insurer requires either way.

Begin with the diagnosis.
An examination, an honest map of what is happening, and the plan to put it right. Once. It commits you to nothing beyond understanding.
