Dr. Omar Fabbro at the clinic window in Jumeirah, Dubai

2005–Today

Backed by published science. Built by hand.

Why do some smiles look natural, and others look made? The difference is not taste alone: it is diagnosis, proportion and function, sharpened by years of practice, five published papers and two generations of doctors. This is the record behind the result.

The University of L'Aquila courtyard, where Dr. Fabbro studied dentistry

2005–2011 · Università dell'Aquila, Italy

A foundation in how teeth actually work.

A six-year integrated degree in Dentistry at the Università degli Studi dell'Aquila, closed with a thesis on function. How teeth meet, how the jaw moves, and what happens when they disagree. A natural smile is built from the inside out; this is where that command began.

2010–2015 · Central Italy

The depth beneath the aesthetics.

Five years of university Specialist Training across the clinics of central Italy and the University of L'Aquila: research in the department of orthodontics and TMJ therapy, and the full depth of the discipline, including gnathology and aligner systems, formalised in a Postgraduate Diploma in Orthodontics and TMJ Therapy. And, under the supervision of Associate Chief and lead surgeons, and of his father, Dr. Elio Giuseppe Fabbro, training across oral surgery, dental implants and regenerative dentistry. Not a course: years, cases, corrections. The training a face deserves before anyone touches it.

The original Fabbro family clinic doorway in Italy

2011–2023 · San Michele, Italy

A family that answers to doctor.

His first patients were received in his father's clinic of medicine and dentistry, the practice that became San Michele Medical & Dental Centre, where he practised until 2023. Omar Fabbro is the second generation of an Italian family of doctors. The name over the door was already trusted; his work had to deserve it.

Dr. Fabbro presenting research at a dental congress

2016 · FDI World Dental Congress, Poznań

Research, taken abroad.

Three studies from the L'Aquila years were presented at the FDI World Dental Congress in Poznań: occlusal contacts and mandibular function, masticatory muscle activity, the management of impacted canines. Their abstracts were recorded in the International Dental Journal. A room of the world's dentists is a demanding first audience. The work held.

A peer-reviewed dental journal page in macro detail

2017 · Madrid, into print

Five peer-reviewed papers.

By 2017 the record stood at five peer-reviewed papers: mandibular function in the International Dental Journal, a systematic review with meta-analysis in the American Journal of Orthodontics, and a second FDI World Congress, in Madrid. Peer review is slow, exacting and indifferent to marketing; which is exactly why it should matter to you.

2017–2020 · Dubai · Seven Dental Center

A new meridian.

Licensed in Dubai Healthcare City in 2017, by the Dubai Health Authority in 2018, and a first chair at a renowned and respected dental centre in Jumeirah. Not a fresh start; a continuation. The same Italian conviction, that a smile should never announce itself, carried to a city where the whole world lives.

2020–Ongoing · Platinum Medical Center

His own practice. His own standard.

Since 2020, his own private practice at Platinum Medical Center on Jumeira Street: his patients, his standard, his name on the result. He remains an external research collaborator with the University of L'Aquila and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology, not because the work is unfinished, but because mastery is maintained, never assumed.

Fifteen years, answered in person.

Today the question from L'Aquila is answered one face at a time: handmade ceramic veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Italian and English, built on everything this page describes. Two generations in, the standard is unchanged: results you cannot tell are dentistry. When it is your turn to ask, begin with a consultation.
