This policy explains what personal data this website (doctorfabbro.com) collects, why, how it is used and protected, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the European Union / EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Platinum Medical Center LLC (“the Practice”, “we”, “us”), Villa 154 Jumeira St, Jumeirah 1, Dubai. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, contact us at concierge@doctorfabbro.com or +971 58 587 1083.
2. The data we collect

Information collected automatically when you visit the site, your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
Clinical information is not collected through this website. Any medical or dental records created if you become a patient are held separately by the Practice and governed by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) rules on patient records and confidentiality, not by this website policy.
3. How we use your data, contacting you, and marketing
We use your data to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation; to operate, secure and improve the website; and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Contacting you about your enquiry. When you send us your details, you are asking us to get in touch. You therefore agree that we may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to respond to you, arrange your appointment, and follow up about the treatment you asked about. This is service communication, necessary to handle the request you made.
Marketing. With your consent, we may also send you occasional information about our services, offers and news by the same channels. You can withdraw that consent and unsubscribe at any time, every marketing message explains how, and you can also email us. Withdrawing marketing consent never affects your care or your ability to contact us. We keep a record of the consent you give so that it can be demonstrated.
4. Our legal basis
For visitors covered by the GDPR, we rely on: your consent (for non-essential cookies and analytics, and where you contact us); the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (arranging a consultation you asked for); our legitimate interests in running and improving the Practice and its website in a way that does not override your rights; your consent for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation where the law requires. Under the UAE PDPL we process personal data on the equivalent bases, principally your consent and the necessity of processing to respond to your request.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site (pages, sources, general location, device). Google processes this data as our processor.
- Microsoft Clarity, to record anonymised session interactions and heatmaps so we can improve usability.
- Meta / Instagram, where you interact with our social content or embedded elements, Meta may set cookies and receive data subject to Meta’s own policy.
Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, our website host (Cloudflare), our analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), our form, spreadsheet and email processing and our booking calendar (Google), and our messaging channel (WhatsApp / Meta). We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE and outside the EEA. Where that happens, we take steps intended to ensure an adequate level of protection, such as relying on providers’ standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained for the period set in each tool. Clinical records, held separately by the Practice, follow DHA-mandated retention.
9. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact concierge@doctorfabbro.com. We respond within the timeframe the law requires. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in the UAE, to the UAE Data Office.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No online transmission is ever completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive clinical detail through the website form, bring it to your consultation instead.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children through the site; a parent or guardian should make any enquiry on a minor’s behalf.
