The Method
A natural result is never an accident.
It is a matter of order, diagnosis, then function, then aesthetics, then longevity. The order never changes, and it is the whole reason a result looks like you and lasts.
Behind every case Dr. Fabbro takes is a single principle: Ars et Scientia, art and science, kept in balance and in order: diagnosis first, then function, then aesthetics, then longevity. It is why the results people fear, the ones that look done or fail early, are so rarely accidents of skill. They are accidents of order.
Hope is a poor foundation for a face.
Ars et Scientia
Art and science
The science is the diagnosis, how your bite meets, how your face moves, measured before a single tooth is designed. The art is the hand that shapes the result until it looks like it was always yours. Neither leads; the order is what holds them together.

Diagnosis
Your bite, your joints, your face in motion, measured before anything is imagined. You leave knowing what is actually happening in your mouth, often for the first time.

Function
Whatever would undermine the result is corrected first: the bite settled, the foundations made sound. A mouth that works before it is asked to look beautiful.

Aesthetics
Only then is the smile designed, to your face, your proportion, your character. A result that reads as yours, because it was drawn from you.

Longevity
The finished work is checked against your bite and followed over time. Built to be kept, not revisited in five.
You approve the smile before it exists.
Between design and permanence stands a mock-up, your future smile, worn in your own mouth, judged in the mirror. Nothing irreversible happens on a promise. The day you stop hoping and start recognising yourself.
The craft
Made by hand.
A correct plan deserves a material that can honour it. The ceramic is layered by hand in a partnered Italian laboratory, colour built in depth, the way enamel actually carries light, because a natural look cannot be milled from a uniform block.
Written down, photographed, published.
A method is only a word until it is documented. The same discipline governs the practice.
Individual results vary from one person to another.

Questions
Questions about smile design in Dubai.
- What makes this different from a smile makeover?
- The starting point. A makeover begins at the appearance. Here nothing is designed until your bite and function are diagnosed, because that is what decides whether the result looks natural and lasts.
- Do I need all four stages?
- Every case is diagnosed; not every case needs every stage. Sometimes the honest finding is that you need very little, and you will be told so.
- How long does the method take?
- It follows the case, never a package: a veneer case usually runs over several weeks; a full rehabilitation over months, in planned phases. The sequence is what makes the result last.
- What if the diagnosis finds more than I expected?
- Then you hear it plainly, with your options, including doing nothing. Nothing proceeds until you understand the whole picture and choose.
Begin where every good result begins.
One examination. One honest diagnosis. The rest follows, in order.
